Club Bars

There are two bars downstairs in the clubhouse, the Main Bar and the George Low Bar. Both are available to be hired out for private functions when not being used for members-only events.

Main Bar

The Main Bar is a large room on the north side of the clubhouse, with direct level access to the front patio and great views over the putting green and 18th green. This room can be hired out for private functions, but is also open to members and visitors when no functions are taking place. Comfy sofas and chairs make it the perfect place to meet with friends for lunch or a coffee.

George Low Bar

The George Low Bar is the smaller of the two bars and is named after George Low, who was Club Professional for 32 years. This is the spike bar and is reserved for members whenever the Main Bar is booked for a private function. It can be accessed via the veranda at the rear of the clubhouse, meaning there’s no need to change out of golf shoes prior to coming in for a drink or some lunch. The room is equipped with Sky Sports TV, which shows all the major golfing events throughout the year.

About George Low – George Low became Bush Hill Park Golf Club’s professional on 1st August 1962. He was five times Middlesex Professional Champion, won the National Assistants Championship, and was in the final rounds of the British Open ten times. He was a popular Club professional, teacher and was also an honorary Club member.
