Brewed in the heart of Waltham Abbey, One Eyed Harry makes micro-batch artisan gin based on a classic gin with a distinct fuller flavour.
Founders Neil and Carly will share their story and a brief history of gin.
Mixologists will also present a brief history of three cocktails, demonstrate how to make them and give
alternatives to special ingredients for easier recreation at home.
