The following cards are accepted for online payments:

Refunds - Club Events
Get a full refund on tickets for event bookings if you change your mind within 72 hours of purchase. Contact the Club office. We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away, except when the event is fully booked and we can find someone else to purchase your returned ticket.

Refunds for Cancelled Events
We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events
We'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as we can and refund tickets if you can't make the new date.

When cancelling your booking, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.

Credit / debit card
If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

If you are cancelling in person at the Club, please make sure you take with you the card that you used to make the purchase.

Other than for personal injury caused by negligence, The Club and its employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person or object however caused. The Client will be responsible for any loss or damage to Club property. A £1,000 deposit against any such loss or damage will be required in advance. The Club strongly recommends that Clients take out an insurance policy to cover cancellation charges and other liabilities.
