Bush Hill Park Golf Club is a licenced wedding venue, with four dedicated function rooms that can be used either individually or in combination to provide the perfect venue for your special day. From the moment you enter the grounds you will be swept away by the beauty of the surroundings and the Club house itself. The long sweeping driveway gives an impressive entrance for the wedding party to arrive by, and the grounds provide numerous beautiful locations for those all-important photographs.

The venue is available to hire for the ceremony and reception, making use of different rooms within the Club house to differentiate between the daytime and evening celebrations. Debbie Sanders, our experienced wedding and events coordinator, will be able to advise on the best arrangement of rooms depending on the number of guests invited. With years of wedding planning experience, Debbie is also able to suggest options for everything else, from flowers to photographers, making your wedding as stress-free as possible.

Our in-house chef and catering team will be able to fulfil any food requirements to ensure your day is just as you want it to be. There are a variety of set menu options for the wedding breakfast, but if there is something specific you just have to have on your special day, our chef will often be able to do this for you, just mention it at one of the tasting sessions in the lead up to your wedding day. Buffet options are also available for guests coming to the evening reception party.

Bush Hill Park Golf Club is an ideal venue for any special event, from birthdays and anniversaries to seasonal events such as staff Christmas parties.  There are four different rooms available to hire, each with a different capacity and all with stunning views over the golf course.

Our experienced chef and catering team are able to tailor make any menu to fit your requirements, whether you’d like a three course dinner, an informal buffet, or anything in between. Afternoon teas can also be provided for special birthday treats.

The largest room available for hire has a maximum capacity of 120 people, however it is sometimes possible to have a larger number of guests by making use of a second room or the outside space. Unfortunately, we are unable to take bookings for school proms or self-catering parties.

Organising a funeral for a loved one is never an easy task, but we hope we can use our years of experience organising receptions to take some of the weight off your mind.

Events Manager, Debbie Sanders, will provide you with all the information you need and help you to decide how you would like the reception to be. There are various catering options available and it is possible to accommodate any special requests you may have. Our Main Bar room is equipped with a sound system and projector, ideal for sharing photographs and memories.

Should you wish to invite more guests to the reception than to the funeral itself, our staff will be able to take care of them until the family and close friends arrive from the cemetery or crematorium.

The Club is fully accessible with ramps and a lift to the upper floor.

Bush Hill Park Golf Club is situated in an ideal location for Business Meetings. In its beautiful parkland setting, you may find it hard to believe that the Club is just 3 miles from the M25 and less than a mile from the centre of Enfield Town. The Club is also easy to reach by public transport, as it is walking distance from Enfield Town and Enfield Chase stations, with direct services into Liverpool Street and Moorgate. 

There are four rooms available for meetings, providing for groups of up to 120 people. The wood-panelled board room seats 12 and is ideal for small consultations, while the larger rooms are perfect for seminars and networking events. All rooms are light and airy, providing stunning views out over the golf course.

Air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi, and projection facilities are all available, along with catering from our in-house chef. There are a number of different corporate food packages available, and these can be completely tailored to suit your requirements. There is also the opportunity to incorporate a round of golf after your meeting, providing an ideal networking opportunity for new clients or a team-building day out for staff.

Business meetings can be combined with an afternoon of golf, making it a great day away from the office. The Club has also been used previously as a location by the BBC and other film and television companies.

The Client will be responsible for any loss or damage to Club property. A £1,000 deposit against any such loss or damage will be required in advance. The Club strongly recommends that Clients take out an insurance policy to cover cancellation charges and other liabilities.

We have made our booking terms & conditions to clarify the position for the benefit of all and to ensure that there are no misunderstandings.

“The Client” refers to the person(s) making the booking and “The Club” refers to Bush Hill Park Golf Club.

1. Booking Confirmation
a) Bookings can only be made by clients over the age of 18.
b) Any booking is considered provisional until the club receives a signed copy of these terms and conditions and written confirmation of booking details from the client.
c) A non-refundable deposit of £500.00 will also be required to confirm any booking.
d) The Club reserves the right to re-sell the facilities should the above not be received within 14 days from the initial enquiry.

2. Room Hire
a) The Client will ensure that the Event will not be conducted and that its guests will not behave in a way which will or may constitute a breach of the law or cause a nuisance or be an infringement of any justice’s licence held by The Club. In particular (but without limitation) the Customer shall ensure that there is no betting or gaming or consumption of alcohol to those under the legal age.
b) The Club reserves the right to exclude or eject any persons from the Event, whom it reasonably considers to be objectionable (including any person engaged by the Customer to provide entertainment or perform any other duties at the Event). The Client will be liable for any liability arising thereby and shall indemnify The Club accordingly save where The Client establishes negligence or bad faith the club.
c) At the end of the Hire Period The Client shall remove from the venue anything which The Client has brought into the venue for the purposes of or in connection with the Event and shall ensure that all rooms used are clean, undamaged, and free from rubbish.
d) No alterations may be made to the premises nor may any fixtures be installed, or placards, decorations or other articles be attached in any way to any part of the premises without the prior written approval of The Club.

3. Numbers & requirements
a) Provisional numbers will be requested at the time of booking with a guaranteed minimum number of persons attending the Event.
b) Final expected numbers attending & also final catering numbers must be given to The Club at least 14 days prior to the event.
c) A minimum of 60 guests is required in the restaurant on Saturdays.

4. Prices and payments
a) All deposits are non-refundable.
b) Once final numbers have been confirmed a final invoice will be raised, this must be paid before the function date. Payment is by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card.
c) Food for Children below the ages of 5 is free of charge; those between 5 and 10 years will be charged 50% of the adult agreed price unless a child’s special menu is chosen.
d) All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation
a) A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when The Club receives
written notification of the cancellation from The Client.
b) Where The Client cancels the provision of the Services, in addition to loss of the Deposit, the Customer shall pay The Club the following charges in respect of the Services:

Notice of cancellation received:

– Less than 14 days prior to Function - 100% of the pre-booked total
– Between 14-30 days prior to Function - 50% of the pre-booked total

c) If The Client should wish to change the date of the event, this will be subject to availability at The Club’s discretion.

6. General/Force Majeure
a) If The Club must cancel due to reasons beyond its control, e.g., fire, flooding, The Club’s liability to The Client shall be no greater than the amount paid by The Client.
b) The Club reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of The Client and guests and The Client must take all steps necessary for corrective action.
c) For their own safety, all guests are required to stay within the confines of the designated areas booked, main bar, restaurant, and reception etc.
d) Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult. Children must not, under any circumstances, be allowed to wander unaccompanied through the Clubhouse or outside the Clubhouse, in the car park and on the golf course or surrounding grounds.
e) No outside food or beverage may be brought into The Club with exception of Birthday or celebration Cakes.
f) The Client acknowledges that there shall be no smoking inside the Property.
g) Other than for personal injury caused by negligence, The Club and its employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person or object however caused.
h) The Client will be responsible for any loss or damage to Club property. A refundable £1,000 damage waiver against any such loss or damage will be required at least 7 days in advance. This will be refunded within 48 hours after the event if no damage or loss has occurred.
i) The Club strongly recommends that The Client take out an insurance policy to cover cancellation charges and other liabilities. The Client would need to find their own broker to arrange this and is not a service the club offers.
j) The Hiring Agreement constitutes permission only to use the premises and confers no tenancy or other right of occupation on The Client.
k) Any sub-contractors (e.g., DJ, sound company etc) supplying equipment to the site must have public liability insurance.

AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) Amendments to any of the above terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of the Club. Any changes must be stated on The Client’s event form and only apply for the duration of that event.
b) The Club reserves the right to revise quotations where prices may be affected due to reasons beyond its control and in such an event will do so in writing to the Customer.
