Captain's Announcement's 25th May 2023
We are holding, my Captain’s Black & White Summer Party on the 24th of June, it would be great to see you all there, tickets are selling fast, so please book early.
My Captains away day, was on the 21st of May, this was held at East Sussex National, we had 49 players take part, from start to finish the whole experience was fantastic, the weather was great, the hotel, course and especially the rooms were excellent, I couldn’t have wished for more.
I want to thank everyone who attended, this will be something I will have great memories of.

Weight Loss Update
I’ve done it, a few weeks ago I hit my target of losing 35lb and have currently lost 45lb, also I completed Couch to 5K.
I want to thank everyone who has donated so far, I’m just waiting for several pledges to be honored, every pound matters.
