Women's Captain's Blog, 20th November 2025

The forecast was pretty grim for golf on Wednesday morning for the Women’s Stableford. A few brave women ventured out and by the sixth hole the game was abandoned due to bad weather. There were five women who played on Sunday and their scores will go towards their handicaps.

Forthcoming Events 

Wednesday 26th November is the End of Season Alliance and there will be a draw for teams. Please sign up to play and for lunch on list in the locker room.The list will be taken down on Friday.

Thursday 27th November is our Christmas Fayre. We are in need of bottles and food items and would greatly appreciate some urgent donations.

Please don’t forget to sign up for the Christmas party exclusive to Women members on Thursday 4th December. List is in the locker room.It is a fun event with some entertainment! Hope to see more of the women signing up.

Keep on golfing wherever the weather permits.
